For M2M applications, GPRS232 provides an innovative solution to the problems and
constraints of RS232 communication through smart communication control ability.
Communication over RS232 infrastructure is limited to short distances. Furthermore
RS232 communication is possible only point-to-point between separate communication
devices that have port interfaces. It is not possible for more than two devices
to communicate when RS232 communication happens to be over cable.
Independence and Cost Savings
PCs and devices communicate with the control center or each other over wireless
communication infrastructure instead of wired.
Always Up-to-date
Devices can be easily configured and updated over RS232, GSM or GPRS using the configuration
software supplied.
