Supporting scientific reasearches through M2M technology, research quality can be improved through real-time data.
Thus it will be possible to access required data any time for scientific areas like seismology, minerology and
geology, it will be easier for institutions to do research.

Observer is a seismic data transmission system to support seismic research developed for Tübitak. The research carried
by collecting the memory cards from remote fields, has been transformed into laboratory experiment conducted in the
campus through this infrastructure. It facilitated the data to be real-time and opened the way to predict the
consequent fracture coordinates immediately. |

Seismic Observer;
- Transfers the data recorded on Trimble 5700 GPS devices to the earthquake research center, to monitor
tectonic movements.
- Transfers the data recorded on AlphaMeter 611 radon measurement devices to the earthquake research center, to monitor
radon gas.
- Transfers the data recorded on Orion Star water analysis devices to the earthquake research center, to monitor water
resources.

GPRS/EDGE telemetry devices in the system enable transparent communication over GPRS/EDGE with devices at remote locations.
